Ready-made pieces
Ready-made orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.
If you need something sooner, please get in touch before ordering and I'll always do my best to help.
UK Delivery
Tracked UK delivery — £5
Smaller items such as scrunchies qualify for reduced UK postage of £3.
US Delivery
US orders are sent tracked with all import duties included, so there will be no additional customs charges to pay when your order arrives.
Shipping is calculated based on the value of your order:
Orders up to £50 — £20
£50.01–£100 — £40
£100.01–£175 — £50
£175.01–£300 — £65
Orders over £300 — £85
Recent changes to US import rules mean that duties now need to be paid when items leave the UK. These costs are included in the shipping price you pay at checkout.
Europe
Unfortunately, due to GPSR regulations, I have temporarily paused shipping to the EU.
I'm working on this and hope to be able to resume European orders in the future. I'll share an update as soon as anything changes.
Rest of World
International delivery — £20
Smaller items such as scrunchies qualify for reduced international postage of £10.
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Returns
I really hope you love your Studio Spokes piece, but I understand that sometimes something isn't quite right.
Ready-Made Pieces
Ready-made garments can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn and returned in the same condition you received them.
Please contact me before sending your return and I'll provide the return details.
Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so I can match the return to your order.
I recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your order, as Studio Spokes cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
As custom pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
