2. Products and Custom Orders

All of our garments are made from upcycled materials and are often customised to your specifications. This means no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Custom orders are considered made-to-order and are therefore non returnable unless faulty.

Please ensure all details, sizes and preferences are correct before placing your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes.

Please note: customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders will be processed and fulfilled once customisation is complete.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been dispatched.

We aim to ship within 3 working days of order confirmation, but lead times may vary depending on the nature of the order.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned at the customers expense.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless the item arrives faulty. If you believe your item is faulty please contact me within 7 working days of delivery with images.
